Birdbrain in the hands of his ISP

Well, well, well...seems our fine feathered friend overstepped his bounds and has been kicked out of Yahoo and is in the process of being bitch-slapped by his ISP and hopefully his boss for violating his ISP's Terms of Service. Ain't that just too sad.

Jeepers creepers, you may say! What in the world did he do to make DW so mad??? Well, he made the mistake of harassing me in email, threatening and attempting to blackmail me into deleting posts from TEETH. When I didn't cave and remove them by 3 pm CST Monday June 2, he then made the mistake of spamming random members of the American Shire Horse Association, passing on lies, assumptions, and stupidity about TEETH, myself, and Georgia Peach.

That was when I called up his ISP and complained. I've also sent numerous harassment complaints to Yahoo. Well, if you look up his Yahoo ID shanevanner, you'll find out it's GONE. And I haven't received the first email from him since about 5 pm yesterday 6/2.

For those of you that are interested, here are the emails he sent. I never responded to any of them, because you just don't give net stalkers that satisfaction. When he couldn't get a rise out of me in email, he called Peach's home. She filed a complaint with her local police dept, who contacted the police in his county and town. They said they'd find him and have a little talk with him.

Peach apologized to the ASHA members he spammed, expressing regret for being pulled into this whole sordid little mess and encouraging them to forward the spam to Birdbrain's ISP. This is the ONLY response to his email harassment that was made.
